Instructions to ACSAC10 Presenters

Oral Presentation

Please upload your video presentation via the submission site by 23 August. The submission site will open from 10 August. Your presentation video will be posted at the ACSAC10 virtual venue and will be freely available for participants only to watch during the conference.
Oral sessions will be conducted via Zoom webinar. The video presentation will be played and there will be a live Q & A after the video presentation.

<Guidelines for video presentation>
Presentation time: 15 minutes (first and second presenters) or 12 minutes (third and subsequent presenters). Please do not exceed the time limit.
*Please check your presentation time in the oral presentation program.
Video format: M-PEG4 video (.mp4). No other format will be accepted.

Manual for Oral Presenters and Chairpersons

Note:
Presenters and Chairpersons are required to enter their zoom session room from the unique zoom link on the "Panelist Invitation " email sent on September 1.
If they enter the session from the button on ACSAC10 online conference site, they cannot give presentation with microphone and video.

Poster Presentation

Please upload your poster presentation via the submission site by 23 August. The submission site will open from 10 August. Your poster will be posted at the ACSAC10 virtual venue and will be freely available for participants to watch during the conference.
Poster sessions will be held using the breakout room function of Zoom.
Thursday, September 9
Odd number: 12:15-13:00
Even Number: 13:15-14:00
*Please check your poster presentation number in the poster presentation program.
Presenters will be asked to enter the virtual room for each poster session, where they will have 45 minutes to answer questions from the audience.
Presenters are responsible for displaying their own poster data.
You can also prepare your own poster for the breakout room.

<Guidelines for poster presentation>
Number of slides: no more than 8 slides including the title slide.
File format: Image files (.jpg or .png). *No other format such as PDF will be accepted.
